RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Love, Paws, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase.
If your Water Bottle isn't quite right, our Return Policy is here to make the process easy and stress-free.
1. Eligibility for Return
• You may return the item within 7 days upon receiving. (We must receive the item or proof of posting within this timeframe.)
• The item must be unused, in brand-new condition, and in its original packaging (including all tags, labels, accessories, inserts).
• Items that show signs of use (washed, scratched, dented, missing parts, or altered in any way) are not eligible for a standard refund.
• The return policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, chewing, biting, mishandling, or other user-caused damage.

2. How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact our customer service by email and provide the following information:
• Your order number
• Date received
• Reason for return (brief description)
• Photos of the item (especially if defective)
2. We will review and send you instructions for returning the item.
3. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly by us
4. Pack the item securely, include all original packaging, and send to the address provided by the vendor.

3. Inspection & Refund
• Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm it meets the condition requirements.
• If approved:
• The refund will be processed to the original payment method. Only 90% of the payment (product cost) will be refunded as the 10% will be processed as Bank charged.
• Shipping charges originally paid (to send you the item) are typically not refundable. 
• It may take ~7-10 business days to show credit, depending on your card issuer or payment method. 
• If the item fails inspection (e.g., shows obvious use, damage, missing parts), we may reject the refund.

4. Exchanges
• If you wish to exchange the item (for a different size, color, etc.), you may:
• Return the original item under the standard policy (as above)
• Place a new order for the replacement yourself (unless we offers direct exchange).
• We may or may not provide free shipping for exchanges — this should be clearly stated.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items
• If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item:
• Report the issue to customer service as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hrs of delivery) with photos/video.
• The vendor should cover shipping both ways (return + resend) in this case.
• They may offer a full refund or a replacement, at your choice.
